Few new details recently slipped out to the press covering the Memphis area.
A small and obscure company located in Memphis is making some waves.
This company by the name of MegaTron Holdings, with the headquarter in Memphis, on Brooks Rd. close to the Southheaven neighborhood, yes, that dilapidated and derelict office building you locals know all too well, close to a fast food restaurant and a shady by the hour cash only motel, where you know you can find some items to smoke that you can't really find in a tobacco store, yes, that ugly looking building with the paint falling off, is the so called headquarter of MegaTron Holdings, maybe too fancy of a name for such a small company.
This company was founded initially as an electronics manufacturer, announcing at the time of inception they have a major supply contract with a computer manufacturer, that just so happen to have a huge warehouse and distribution center in Memphis, close to their offices.
Yet it soon after they've announced to the press they will be selling great quality computers at low prices to the people of Memphis and surrounding areas, they quickly switched their main specialization to a coffee producer and started to manufacture and sell quite successfully natural and instant coffee, and not lastly energy drinks. By coincidence, the timing was the same with a regime change in Venezuela.
Some observers with nothing better to do, claim they know the main coffee plantation was obtained not long ago, during a Venezuelan coup d'etat when the current owner with a gang of few other thugs armed with assault weapons, taking advantage of the political confusion in the country and the void of power, forced at the sight of gun barrel, a simple local farmer to give up his land and sign the deed to the coffee plantation to the now official owner. All that while holding his wife and kids in an undisclosed location as insurance for the coffee plantation sale transaction.
There is no clear proof of such claims, at it looks like all the potential witnesses just vanished or disappeared with no clear explanation, even the former owner of the coffee plantation is nowhere to be found for an official statement so we all can hear his side of the story.
The owner and CEO of Megatron Holdings refused to comment much, but he said to a cute female reporter from Memphis Daily News, while embarking in his black Humvee with shiny 21" rims and with a hypnotic rotating spiral effect.
"this is how we do things in the dirty south, if we see something and we want it, we just take it, anyone have a problem with that, just send them my way"
Even more, other observers, especially white crime law enforcement agencies watching this little troublemaker company, claim that with some considerable help of a wealthy business person, form someplace in Midwest, not yet sure who, some say it may be the proxy of the governor of the Midwest region, the MegaTron Holdings is gaining ground, in an area of the world where we would least expect to see a business man from Memphis operating, in no other than Segou, a relatively small and insignificant city in the underdeveloped country of Mali, yes, that country in Africa.
Some even say that a shady plot is undergoing to place the CEO of MegaTron Holdings as the mayor of Segou and soon after that to take over the country as maybe a governor or who knows what else.
What Memphis in the US and Segou in Mali have in common, no one really knows, except some really questionable actions of the CEO of MegaTron Holdings. But since law enforcement agencies in US have no jurisdiction in Mali, it's only up to Mali local police to face what's coming their way. Considering corruption is common law there and infiltration and destabilization is relatively easy for any billionaire who will attempt any such actions, things may not look very good for Mali and definitely not very good for the small city of Segou, that it appears will all fall to this obscure small company located in Memphis, where once the great Elvis lived.
Could The King, Elvis turn around in his grave, wherever that may be, if he would see what's going on with MegaTron Holdings.
Maybe the CIA field station operating in Mali may have an eye on what's happening in Segou, but we assume MegaTron Holdings is not a top priority on their list, so it looks like the CEO of MegaTron Holdings can do whatever he wants, legal or not, moral or not, with no one to stop him.
Some even speculate that tax evasion is happening, huge amounts of cash are moved out from US to the African Mali. Then, that cash may be used for trafficking of high value artifacts from Africa to more affluent cities and countries all over the globe, to be sold for outrageous amounts at auction houses, is the real reason MegaTron Holdings is operating in Mali.
Some say the legally operating stores there, in Segou, Mali paying taxes like any legal business, are just a facade to save the appearance of a foreign business investor with good intentions for the people of Mali.
Could all this be true, for such a small and insignificant company with a headquarter in a forgotten office building located in what some may call a ghetto of the Memphis metro area?
We'll be watching closely those developments and we'll report it as we see it happening.

this is created with the help of my buddy, G, as I didn't really know how to start, so I've asked him to give me some ideas, and with his twisted messed up mind, we've come up with this
that forgotten derelict office building, close to a "by the hour cash only motel" really exists in Memphis, on Brooks Rd. I may place a picture of it here, hoping we won't start any copyright issues
